Xhesika Elezi started her life in Albania, moved to Italy as a young child and now calls London her home. Being Albanian and growing up in Italy wasn’t always simple. She needed to adapt to life around her as she honored her background. To me, growing up between two cultures contributed to her status as a confident and flexible lady. In 1949, at the age of 29, she had finished her nurse training and was employed in London hospitals. Don’t be deceived by the scrubs she’s wearing; she still enjoys a stage presence. Being on Love Island Albania was no accident for her; it was a chosen move to celebrate her heritage and reach for more chances. I think the mix of determination and high style makes her stand out.
The Villa Adventure: Story of Love, Drama and Heartbreak
She arrived in the Love Island Albania villa on Day 20 and disrupted things as much as a summer storm. Single individuals looking for romance were gathered in a luxury villa for the show which airs live on TV Klan. There was an incredible energy when Xhesika came to the stage. She was confident, charming and always seemed to make drama happen. I also remember, when she got invited to the “Nest of Love” together with contestant Denis. He did not want a romantic evening, so Xhesika took another path and picked Juliano. I can’t believe how quickly my minds reacts! I believe that moment highlighted her determination—she didn’t become upset; she kept going.
She did not only meet success on her path. After 36 days of coupling, fighting and chasing people, Xhesika was booted from the villa on Day 56. She was praised by fans for being truthful, but pressure from serious competitions made things tough for her. Expressing interest in Juliano led to more tension and Denis and Sabrina’s fights were up and down like a rollercoaster. At the same time, Xhesika remained herself, showing weaknesses and strengths together. The result of her exit had everyone talking and I feel she’s always ready to push the limits, even when they don’t go as planned.

Xhesika wasn’t just forgotten once she was out of the villa. She made her Love Island fame a big part of promoting her Xhesiaesthetics brand. As an aesthetic nurse, she has created a place in the London beauty sector by providing treatment and posting tips on social media. On both her Instagram and TikTok, fans are greeted by a lot of glamorous selfies, skincare videos and glimpses of Xhesika’s lovely lifestyle. In a podcast with Don’t Gotta Explain Myself on January 29, 2025, she told her story. She explained that handling her nursing role while becoming more influential was llike trying to juggle fire while riding a unicycle. What I like is, this metaphor really fits her get-up-and-go style.
Her story isn’t limited to fame. It’s the process of having hard times and coming back stronger. She has talked openly about the pressures and ups and downs you face on reality TV. Even so, she’s flourished because she is so grounded. Being Albanian has kept her grounded, yet her time in London has helped her imagine great possibilities. She sets a good example for young women by proving that you can be excellent in your career and your manners. From where I’m standing, the way she switches from nursing to influencing to reality TV makes her a force to be reckoned with in the present day.
Where does Xhesika go from here? She is probably going to do a lot more. Whether it be with Botox, dancing on social media or showing fans her strength, she’s highlighting that life is best when we try new things. The Love Island chapter is over for Molly-Mae, but there is more to her story.
