Fox dropped a brand new trailer for Patrick Dempsey’s “Reminiscence of a Killer,” wherein he stars as a hitman fighting Alzheimer’s as he balances his harmful double life.
The drama collection, inspired by the e-book of the same title and the 2003 award-winning Belgian movie “De Zaak Alzheimer,” follows hitman Angelo Doyle (Dempsey). It additionally marks Dempsey’s first collection standard position in broadcast tv since “Gray’s Anatomy.”
The trailer opens with him being asked what he does while grabbing a drink at the bar. Because the video cuts to Dempsey driving, he says in a voiceover that he sells picture copiers, to which the girl replies: “what do you actually do?” He’s then seen aiming a sniper rifle at a determined person whose face is hidden behind an umbrella when his facial features shortly turn to a clean stare.
The video then cuts to Angelo killing a person with a baseball bat as his pal Dutch (Michael Imperioli) says, “We do the job, We don’t ask questions.” It also shows Angelo trying to balance a traditional life as he comes home to his grown-up daughter, Maria (Odeya Rush).
Doyle is then seen in a health care provider’s appointment wherein he’s identified with Alzheimer’s.
“My thoughts is getting worse. I’m forgetting issues. Speaking to the mistaken folks. I’m complicated time,” he says.
The physician replies that there’s “nothing that may cease the development of this illness,” to which he asks “how lengthy do I’ve?”

Angelo decides to keep his Alzheimer’s prognosis a secret from everybody he is aware of, together with his daughter, who says that he appears “just a little off” and that there’s one thing he’s not telling her because the trailer cuts to Angelo killing several males in a toilet and washes blood off his fingers.

He’s then seen consuming lunch along with his daughter when a sniper laser lands on her, and he pulls her away before she might be shot. The trailer ends along with his teary-eyed daughter telling him to inform her the reality as he stares at her.

Along with Dempsey, Imperioli, and Rush, the collection stars Richard Harmon as Joe, a hitman; Daniel David Stewart as Jeff, Maria’s husband; Peter Gadiot as Dave, a neighborhood police detective; and Gina Torres as Special Agent Linda Grant.
“Reminiscence of a Killer” will launch with a particular two-night premiere on Sunday, Jan. 25 at 10 p.m. ET following the NFC Championship game. On Jan. 26, the present will premiere at 9 p.m. ET in its regular timeslot with an all-new episode, followed by the Season 2 premiere of “Extracted.”
Warner Bros. Tv and FOX Leisure produce the collection. Dempsey serves as a govt producer alongside Aaron Zelman, Glenn Kessler, Ed Whitmore, Tracey Malone, Cathy Schulman, and David Schulner. Arthur Sarkissian and Martin Campbell are also government producers, alongside Peter Bouckaert of Eyeworks.
